Barre cardio 60

More Cardio, More Sweat!

Barre Cardio is a balance of Cardio Barre and Interval Training designed to sculpt and tone your muscles. This fun, fast paced class incorporates 3-8 lb. weights, resistance balls and bands to keep your body engaged. You will move quickly through choreography that is easy to follow, yet challenging. Take this class three times a week to see fast results, and leave feeling energized and empowered.

focus (InfRared HEAT)

A fast effective way to change your body.

Focus is a Barre/Yoga blend designed to spike your heart rate and tone your muscles by flowing in and out of high-intensity barre movements and yoga series. Taught under 90 degree infrared heat, this class peaks your interest, moving from quick controlled movements to slow lengthening exercises for optimal calorie burning - all while sculpting lean muscle. Focus one hour on YOU and watch what happens!

power yoga (INFRARED HEAT)

A power flow class designed to make you sweat.

All levels are welcome. We offer modifications for the new students and options for the advanced level students. Every class is choreographed to amazing music in a heated room between 85 and 90 degrees.

Cardio hiit

This 50-minute class is designed to give you a total body workout by implementing interval sequences to increase your heart rate, followed by weight training techniques to isolate and tone various muscles groups. You will begin with a 5-minute warm up, HIIT for 35 minutes, and end with a 10-minute abs and stretch.

Bring your A game!

cycle 45

Are you ready to sweat? This is no warmup. Haute Cycle 45 is an intense 45-minute cycle class, led by our encouraging HH cycle team. You will begin your class with a 3 1/2-minute warm-up followed by a variety of sprints, jumps and hills. The center of your ride is choreographed to feel the beat of your bike while completing a fun, intense 27 minutes of high-energy riding. Next stop on the bike is 4 minutes of weight work using 3 lb. weights while your heart rate is up to burn extra calories. If you think 3 lbs. is not enough - just wait! Last stop… one last intense hill or sprint to finish your sweat sesh!! Cool down for 3 minutes to cap off your experience.

Cycle Barre is designed to give you a little bit of everything so you won’t be bored in this class! 30 minutes of cycle with weights, 20 minute of barre seatwork, and 10 minutes of abs and stretch. Your entire body will be worked and you will be ready to take on the day!
